These Terms govern your use of ayfina.net and your purchase of digital products from Ayfina LLC. By placing an order or using the website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Ayfina LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, with its address at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

2. What we sell

Ayfina sells digital planners delivered as PDF files. Our products are organisational tools. They are not physical goods and nothing will be shipped to you. Nothing on the website constitutes medical, psychological, financial, legal or other professional advice.

3. Orders and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and include any applicable taxes unless shown separately at checkout.
  • All purchases are one-time payments. We do not sell subscriptions and you will not be billed again unless you place a new order.
  • Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
  • An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, pricing error or breach of these Terms; any amount paid will be refunded.

4. Delivery

Your files are delivered electronically as described in our Digital Delivery Policy, normally within minutes of payment.

5. Licence to use the products

When you buy a planner you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the file for your own personal use on devices you own. You may:

  • Use the planner on any of your own tablets, phones or computers;
  • Print pages for your own use;
  • Make personal backups.

You may not:

  • Share, give away, sell, resell, rent, sublicense or distribute the file or any part of it;
  • Upload the file to any shared drive, marketplace, website or social platform;
  • Edit, remove branding from, or re-brand the file and present it as your own;
  • Use the design, layout or artwork to create competing products.

All intellectual property in the products and the website remains the property of Ayfina LLC. Breach of this licence terminates your right to use the product and may result in legal action.

6. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Please read it before purchasing.

7. Compatibility

Our planners are PDF files that work with common note-taking apps. App names such as GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Samsung Notes and Apple Pencil are trademarks of their respective owners; Ayfina is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Some features (for example hyperlinks or handwriting search) depend on the app you use. Compatibility information is provided in our Help Centre and on each product page.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape content, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may suspend access for breaches of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from using a planner. See our Disclaimer.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ayfina LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, contact us first — most issues are resolved within a few days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home country.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
