The Family Command Centre. One system for the whole house.
A shared family calendar on the French 2027 calendar, meal and chores rotas, a household budget in €, a kids' activities planner and an admin log — designed together so one tablet runs the house. Hyperlinked PDF, delivered in A4 and A5.
Everything a household needs. Nothing it doesn't.
Five planners built around one shared calendar. Open the week, see who is where, what's for dinner, whose turn it is and what's due — then tap through to the budget or the admin log without leaving the file.
A full 2027 calendar with French public holidays and zone A, B, C school holidays already marked. One column per person, one page per week.
A weekly menu grid with a market list, and a chores rota you fill in once and tick off. Both linked from the week they belong to.
Monthly budget, bills calendar and savings pots. Fixed costs at the top, the rest below, one page per month.
One section per child: clubs, lessons, who drives, what to pack, and term dates that match the school zones.
Renewals, appointments, insurance, car and home paperwork — with the date it's due and the date you dealt with it.
Both sizes included. Works in GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Samsung Notes or Xodo on iPad, Android or Windows tablets. Prints cleanly too.
From checkout to your first page in two minutes.
No printing, no shipping, no account to create. Three steps and the planner is open on your tablet.
One payment, card or wallet. Your statement shows AYFINA — nothing else, no renewals.
Your download links arrive within a minute — one per file. Save them to your tablet or cloud drive; they never expire.
Import into GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf or any PDF app. Tap a tab, write today's date and go.
What people say after a month.
Before you buy, the practical bits.
What exactly do I receive?
Six hyperlinked PDF files sent to your email within a minute of checkout — the five planners plus the index, each in A4 and A5.
Which apps does it work with?
Any PDF annotation app: GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Samsung Notes, Xodo, Penly and more — on iPad, Android and Windows tablets. Tabs work in all of them.
Is it dated or undated?
Dated — the calendar runs January to December 2027 with French public holidays and school zones pre-marked. The rotas, budget and admin log are undated so you can reuse them.
Is it in French or English?
The layouts are in English; the calendar, holidays and school zones are French. Every page is written on by hand, so the language of your notes is up to you.
What if it isn't for me?
Write to us within 14 days and we'll refund you. No forms, no questions beyond "what didn't work?" so we can improve it.
What will my card statement say?
AYFINA or AYFINA.NET. One-time charge, no subscription, nothing renews.
