Everything Ayfina sells is a digital download. Nothing is shipped and there are no delivery charges. Here is what happens after you pay.
How delivery works
- Checkout — complete payment on ayfina.net.
- Confirmation page — your download links appear immediately on the order confirmation page.
- Email — within a few minutes you receive an order confirmation email containing the same download links and your receipt. It is sent to the email address entered at checkout.
- Account — if you created an account, your files are also available at any time under My Account → Downloads.
Delivery time
Delivery is normally instant. In rare cases (payment review, email provider delays) it can take up to 24 hours. If you have not received your files within 1 hour, check your spam or promotions folder, then email us and we will resend them.
Download limits
Download links do not expire and can be used on multiple devices you own. If you lose your file, log in to your account or email us with your order number and we will resend it free of charge.
What you receive
Each product is a PDF file (and, where stated on the product page, additional cover or sticker files). File sizes and page counts are listed on each product page. You will need a PDF-annotation app such as GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Samsung Notes or similar to write on the planner.
Wrong email address
If you mistyped your email at checkout, contact us with your order number and payment details so we can verify the purchase and redirect delivery.
Product updates
If we release a corrected or improved version of a planner you bought, we will email the updated file to you at no cost.
