We want you to be happy with your Ayfina planner. Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, our refund rules differ from those for physical goods. Here is exactly how it works.

When we refund in full

Contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full if:

  • You did not receive your download link and we cannot deliver it within 48 hours of you contacting us;
  • The file is corrupted or will not open, and we cannot provide a working replacement;
  • The product is materially different from its description on the product page;
  • You were charged more than once for the same order;
  • You bought the same product twice by mistake (we refund the duplicate).

When we are unable to refund

Once a digital file has been downloaded it cannot be "returned", so we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind, or no longer needing the planner;
  • Choosing the wrong product where the description and compatibility details were accurate;
  • Not having a compatible device or app (compatibility is listed on every product page and in the Help Centre);
  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.

Even in these cases, email us — we will always try to help, for example by exchanging the file for a different planner of equal value.

How to request a refund

  1. Email info@ayfina.net with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
  2. Describe the issue. For technical problems, tell us your device and app so we can try to fix it first.
  3. We reply within 1 business day. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days; your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to show the credit.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We resolve almost every issue directly and far faster than a chargeback process. Disputes filed without first contacting us may be contested with proof of delivery.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. EU and UK customers: by completing your purchase you agree to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has begun, as permitted by the Consumer Rights Directive. The goodwill refund rules above still apply.
