The Home Series. The house, run from one page.
A planner for running a home — cleaning rota, maintenance calendar, warranties and an inventory by room — in four editions: the planner, the planner with a renovation section, the full Home Set with a moving planner and admin binder, and the editable source files. Hyperlinked PDFs in A4 and A5, undated.
Four editions. Each one adds, nothing is taken away.
Every edition includes everything in the one before it. Start small, or take the whole system with the editable source files.
All editions: one-time payment · instant download · free updates · 14-day guarantee · works in GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Samsung Notes and Xodo.
Everything a home needs. Nothing it doesn't.
Every edition is built around one page per room: what's in it, what needs doing, when it was last done. The higher editions add projects, the move, and the admin that otherwise lives in a drawer.
Inventory, warranties, the last time the filter was changed — one page per room, linked from a floor-plan index you label yourself.
Daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal on one spread. Tick, don't remember. Reset it at the start of each month.
Project sheets per room, three quotes side by side, a contractor diary, budget against actual in €, and a snag list for the day they hand it back.
An eight-week moving plan with the change-of-address checklist, and an admin binder with one page per contract, policy and utility, plus the emergency page.
GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Samsung Notes, Xodo — on iPad, Android or Windows tablets. Both A4 and A5 included; prints cleanly for the folder.
The links land in your inbox a minute after checkout. One payment, no renewals, free updates. Editable Source adds lifetime updates.

What people say after a month.
Before you buy, the practical bits.
What exactly do I receive?
Hyperlinked PDF files sent to your email within a minute of checkout — two files for The Home Planner (A4 and A5), up to ten files plus the Canva source for Editable Source. Links never expire and you can re-download anytime.
Can I upgrade to a higher edition later?
Yes. Email us your order number and we'll send a link for the difference in price only — you never pay twice for the same planner.
Which apps does it work with?
Any PDF annotation app: GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Samsung Notes, Xodo, Penly and more — on iPad, Android and Windows tablets. Tabs work in all of them.
Is it dated or undated?
Undated — every edition. Write the dates in and reuse the rota and calendar year after year.
What can I do with the editable source files?
Open them in Canva (a free account works), rename the rooms, add a second home or a rental, change colours and export your own PDF. The licence is for personal use — you can't resell the planners or the source files.
What if it isn't for me?
Write to us within 14 days and we'll refund you. No forms, no questions beyond "what didn't work?" so we can improve it.
What will my card statement say?
AYFINA or AYFINA.NET. One-time charge, no subscription, nothing renews.
