We didn't set out to start a company. We just wanted a planner we'd actually keep.
Ayfina began as one person's fix for a drawer full of half-used notebooks. It's still built the same way: slowly, by hand, for people who want calm days — not more apps.

Eleven planners. None of them finished.
Every January, a new one. Beautiful cover, thick paper, big intentions. And every February, the same thing: one appointment moves, a page gets crossed out, the week looks messy — and the whole thing goes in the drawer with the others.
The problem was never discipline. Paper just punishes change. It can't move a meeting, can't find last month's note, and can't come along when you leave it on the kitchen table.
So the first Ayfina planner was built for an audience of one: a hyperlinked PDF on an iPad, with tabs you tap instead of flip, pages you can erase without guilt, and a layout quiet enough to open every morning without flinching. It stuck. Then friends asked for it. Then their friends. Ayfina is simply that planner, taken seriously.
From one file to a collection.
No big launch. Just a planner that got better every month because people kept telling us what was missing.
A single weekly layout, built over a few late nights, with every date hyperlinked by hand. Not for sale — just for use.
Friends wanted a copy. Then colleagues. The requests became a short list of things to fix: a monthly view, a budget page, a habit tracker. We built them.
Six planners, one promise: pay once, download instantly, no subscriptions. The first orders came from people we'd never met. That's when it became real.
Every layout is still drawn, linked and tested by hand before it ships. Thousands of people now plan with Ayfina. We read every single message.
Six things we won't compromise on.
Every page in every planner is checked against these before it ships.
If a box isn't going to get filled in, it isn't on the page. White space is a feature.
Plans change. Move, erase, redo — the page never looks like a failure.
Every tab, month and date is a working link. Getting anywhere is one tap.
Files are compressed so they open instantly, even on older tablets. No lag, no waiting.
Warm neutrals, one accent, generous type. A page you can look at at 7am without flinching.
Every planner is opened in GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf and Samsung Notes before it ships.
It looks simple. That's the hard part.
People sometimes ask why they can't just make one of these in Canva. You can make a pretty PDF in an hour. Making one that works — where every one of hundreds of pages knows where every other page is — takes weeks.
Things people ask us.
Why a PDF and not an app?
Because you already have an app you love. A PDF works inside GoodNotes, Notability, Samsung Notes — whichever you use — with your own pens, stickers and handwriting. No new account, no subscription, nothing to learn. And it's yours forever, even if we disappeared tomorrow.
Will you ever make a paper version?
Every planner is print-ready, so you can already print pages whenever you like. A printed product isn't on the roadmap — the whole point of Ayfina is that it forgives change, and paper doesn't.
Why is it a one-time payment?
Because a planner shouldn't be rent. You buy a file, you own it, and if we fix or improve it we send you the update for free. We'd rather earn the next purchase than lock you into this one.
Who actually makes these?
A very small team that uses the planners every day. If you email support, you're talking to someone who has opened every file in every app and can tell you exactly which tab to tap.
