The Pet Series. Everything about them, on one page.
A planner for the animal in your life — vet visits, vaccinations, weight, medication and daily care — in four editions: one pet, training and walks, the full Pet Set for up to four pets with a sitter handover, and a licence for sitters, groomers and trainers. Hyperlinked PDFs in A4 and A5, undated.
Four editions. Each one adds, nothing is taken away.
Every edition includes everything in the one before it. Start small, or take the whole system with the editable source files.
All editions: one-time payment · instant download · free updates · 14-day guarantee · works in GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Samsung Notes and Xodo.
Everything a pet needs. Nothing it doesn't.
Every edition is built around one profile page per animal: who they are, who to call, what's due. The higher editions add training and walks, more pets, the handover sheet, and the files for people who look after animals for a living.
Breed, microchip number, insurer, vet, emergency contact and the one thing a stranger needs to know — on the first page, where the sitter will find it.
A schedule with due and done dates, and a weight chart in kg you fill in at every visit. The page the vet asks for.
A command-by-command training log, a walk tracker, a feeding chart in grams and behaviour notes that show what helped.
One page that lets someone else look after them: routine, meds, vet, what to do if. Plus a travel checklist and an expenses page per pet.
GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Samsung Notes, Xodo — on iPad, Android or Windows tablets. Both A4 and A5 included; print the handover sheet for the fridge.
The links land in your inbox a minute after checkout. One payment, no renewals, free updates. The Set adds a personalised cover with their names.

What people say after a month.
Before you buy, the practical bits.
What exactly do I receive?
Hyperlinked PDF files sent to your email within a minute of checkout — two files for The Pet Planner (A4 and A5), up to eight files plus the Canva source for the Sitter's Licence. Links never expire and you can re-download anytime.
Can I upgrade to a higher edition later?
Yes. Email us your order number and we'll send a link for the difference in price only — you never pay twice for the same planner.
Which apps does it work with?
Any PDF annotation app: GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Samsung Notes, Xodo, Penly and more — on iPad, Android and Windows tablets. Tabs work in all of them.
Is it dated or undated?
Undated — every edition. Write the dates in; the vaccination schedule and daily care pages reuse year after year.
How does the Sitter's Licence work?
It's for pet sitters, groomers, walkers and trainers: open the Canva files, put your business name on the cover, and use the intake and handover pages with every client — including giving owners their own copy. The planners can't be resold on their own.
What if it isn't for me?
Write to us within 14 days and we'll refund you. No forms, no questions beyond "what didn't work?" so we can improve it.
What will my card statement say?
AYFINA or AYFINA.NET. One-time charge, no subscription, nothing renews.
